There was no rules made at the start of the game but he refuses to report cuz I used dum dums

He agreed to play cw ina 4v4 game. He hasnt reported since he left straight afterwards.

Heres the real story.... I lost one tank at the start.... 5 mins or so passed no one attacked I had too much lag and gave all.
