As far as i know, the post that you linked does not have a link to the keygen download, and the file with the software itself doesn't come with one. Either that, or i'm extremely blind and don't know where it's hidden. It's not inside the folder that i download, and it isn't in the newly created aut...

you need to specify in the game.cfg file which teams are allied to each other. If you want for example team1 and team2 to be allied to each other but hostile to the other teams (assuming you have more than 2 teams on the map), you specify for each team which team is an Ally.
