E]x[F USED to play on GS (untill for some reson every left to GR) but now plays on GR. Sniper never plays anyways, he dont even have GR yet xD

Is there a way where I can create or modify or put "developments" in the units, and why not, in buildings? Example: 50 Grunts cost of plastic and has slight damage. I would put them at a cost 100, moderate and even an evolution of it? Need not be visual changes, only changes in his data, ...
