Second wave of Dark Reign 2 maps. <:-P

Map for four players. Each base is located in the four corners of the map, with the northern and southern bases being connected by wide open roads. The middle of the map contains resources in the recesses of the roads, which also allow ambushes to be set up. There are plenty of resources all around for players to consume, allowing for more busy games.

Map for four players. Each team of two gets a set amount of units, which you must then pit against the opposing team. Both sides are completely even, so you'll have to rely solely on unit management. Goes without saying that AI's do nothing on this map. Interesting map for a short, quick, and mindless game. :-))

Map for six players. Bases are surrounded by high walls, allowing easy setups for both defense and offense. Choppers are not able to fly over these walls either. The center of the map contains additional resources, as well as providing multiple choke points.

Map for six players. Akin to a six player version of dugout_4plyr. Bases are lined with resources, and the narrow paths and entrances make for great choke points. There are telepads between bases which lead to additional resources.

Map for six players. You start with plenty of resources, as well as two custom solar arrays next to your taelon deposits. You can build a Prototype factory, which will turn out Juggernauts for you, and you can also construct transport trucks from the garage. The terrain in the body of the map is varied in heights, allowing for high ground strategies, easy mines, and express lanes. Choppers can sneak behind a base, so be careful.
  1. Dump Truck
    • Maximum capacity increased from 150 to 300.
  2. Taelon Supplies
    • Unloading rate increased from 5 to 17.
  3. New building, the Prototype Factory, can be built from the Bulldozer.
  4. New unit, the Juggernaught, can be built from the Prorotype Factory.
  5. New unit, the Transport Truck, can be built from the Garage.

(6) Penny Drop.x
Map for six players. Very small, similar in premise to my Cut Throat series. Players start towards the center of the map, with the edge being lined in resources. Be careful not to lose your Sarge in combat, you'll need him. Also remember to build a depot. The edges of the map are not protected, so you can fall off if you are careless.

Map for six players. The four players in the corners have large open bases with a small opening to explore from. The two bases in between, however, are completely walled inside. The only way in and out of these spots is by using the telepad provided. Resources are scarce on this map.

Map for eight players. It's the same map as (4) Fortresses, however two teams share a starting place. Not suitable for SBS as your Sarge's and bulldozers spawn on top of each other. Make sure to share the space you get too, otherwise you may get a bit cramped!
  1. AA Gun
    • Maximum health increased from 600 to 3200.
    • Seeing height increased from 15 to 50.
    • Max range increased from 72 to 113.
    • Damage against infantry, vehicles, and buildings increased from 0 to 50 per shot.
    • Damage against air increased from 40 to 50 per shot.
    • Weapon no longer utilizes splash damage.
  2. Dump Truck
    • Maximum capacity increased from 150 to 300.

Map for eight players. You get plenty of resources in your base, but you start very close to the other players, so watch your depot placement. There are a lot of bridges across rivers in the center, setting up nicely for some mine placement.

(8)-Stairwell To Hell 2 (Water Fix).x
Map for eight players. Suited to be played 4 vs 4, but you can play free for all if you like. Just be aware that the base on higher ground can easily attack you building with a well placed tower. The center, while too wide for a choke point, can provide for some interesting skirmishes. No additional resources outside what you start next to.

I may not make the best maps, or be the best player, but I put a lot of time, effort, and care into my stuff. That counts for something, right? No.
