I think the offline mode is really misleading. I've looked at it and it does not actually start an offline multiplayer match with bots. It just loads the current map as a single player mission, meaning stuff like difficulty settings are implemented, and other unwanted stuff.

Oh well. How much you getting paid to plug this here? :BOO

=D>
I may not make the best maps, or be the best player, but I put a lot of time, effort, and care into my stuff. That counts for something, right? No.

Offline Mode is working fine...
difficulty settings for missions only .. not multiplay maps...
however Offline Mode .. is better than Multiplay hack or trainer :D
and if you're amrts developer you must know that cuz what you said is newbie :PB

hatred question!!

Actually it does NOT work. I've used it multiple times. And played sbs with comp. Enemy Sarge is always stronger because I have Hard difficulty on. Then I switch to Normal or Easy and I always win, even when comp get first shot. The offline mode does not work properly and I'm letting anyone who uses it know that. Believe it or not I actually do know what I am talking about sometimes.

Maybe you should actually try it sometime?
:D

sbs with comp? =))

i didn't try it before but its works fine & for many players

that button for testing maps (AMRTS STUDIO)...
and i don't think 3DO Team is idiots :D (maybe yes!)

if offline mode compatible with easy - normal - hard
its good news and not bad thing for many players.. <:-P

any ways i'm going to tell that to the developer to make a fair solution for that mode.

thanks for your concern =D>

Well, not really sbs with computers, it was just an example for the sake of argument.
idk

But the point I'm trying to make here is that it doesn't play the maps as if it were online. With an even multiplier (1.0 or 1 to 1). It plays it like a single player mission with difficulty implications. i.e.
  • Easy - 0.6x
    Normal - 0.85x
    Hard - 1.1x
I may not make the best maps, or be the best player, but I put a lot of time, effort, and care into my stuff. That counts for something, right? No.
