Ah, i have found how to modify the difficulty:

When you are in easy difficulty you are praticly invincible
Normal is Normal
Hard is impossible

The file have the:
Low plastic cost
Fast construct anything
Difficulty

Normaly it is ready in 2 hours because Megaupload take long time to upload the file and 4shared don't accept more than 200mo so the file will be ready in 2 hours...
