Well, I got to work out some fixes with Windows XP as of right now. I haven't had time because of school and all. But Yeah, maybe I can have it to where ppl can choose which maps to install. Sounds like a lot of work but not impossible I think. Also I don't think it matters on how far you are, it depends on the connection.

Finally after like 6 years lol the updater will be released later this week (possibly Thursday) when I release my new Army Men RTS Setup installer. More details coming soon.

P.S. If another clan is interested in distributing their maps with this updater, let me know. If its a well thought out map, we can come to some agreement.

Seems really interesting, I can't tell how many times I've had to update my worlds or maps to fix a typo or bug. But honestly I'd rather see this thing go through a public beta before trying that out...

Can't wait to see it though.

Even after its release, I know people will still have problems with it and that is why I will make a new post for it. Part of why it has taken long to release the project is because of problems during testing. I'm at a point where I feel its gonna work fine for most people. One thing that does bother me is that some antivirus apps have deleted the updater because it thinks its malicious. People will have to know how to fix this problem by adding it to the list of exceptions. Its a actually a big project that seems small.
