I don't know each individual case but it may be because they play more matches and or they play harder opponents. Even players with a lot of losses or fewer points can have high rating because they may lose to good players so their rating is not affected as much. Also playing a 2vs2 game or higher can boost your rating if you win. I hope that helps somewhat. I'm gonna write a better explanation about points, ratings and other features of the website later.

there is a problem in amrtscw.com . When report losses there is a place to tick winner and loser.
So some players can chose his own clan mate as a loser instead of him.

So there should a drop down to select 1v1,2v2,3v3 or 4v4.
If it is 1v1, the person who is going to report is the loser.
there shouldn't be place to select loser in 1v1 games!!!!!.

That is not a problem, that is in fact by design. Players are allowed to report for their clan mates as long as the report is accurate and true. There may be situations where the loser can't report the match so another member may have to do it for him (and yes this has happened). If I didn't think the positives of this function would out-weigh the negatives, it would not have been created this way.

This also gives the clan an opportunity to avoid penalty points if a member doesn't report. If a complaint has been filed against a player for not reporting, any player from the clan can quickly report it before an Admin and avoid the chances of incurring penalty points.

There is not need to have a drop down for 1vs1, 2vs2, 3vs3, or 4vs4 as you always have to check the same amount of players on both sides. Any incorrect reports can always be reverted back to their last state.

Lastly, if you are in a unique situation where your clan is reporting you as a loser and it's not true, then you can report it here and we strongly urge you to re-evaluate your clan. If you can't trust your clan.. maybe it's time to move on.
