This is 2nd incident someone wants a report from him and he's not registered. I can't give points for a game for someone that isn't registered.

Check roster of clans before you CW to make sure they are in the system.

Allow me to elaborate a little bit. All Points that exists, exists from players. So you start off with 100 points and those are the points that get passed around. If you beat JohnDoe and gain 10 points, well JohnDoe loses 10 points. The points come from somewhere and that somewhere is the loser. The way I have setup the editing system is automated. By design, we can't give you any points without taking them from somebody. I can't just add 10 points to you because you are my buddy or not. Only way we can change points is by us manually reporting, or rolling back reports which again, is all automated. The system does all the math so we have no numbers to input. That is why even if we wanted to give you your points, we simply can't unless he is registered. Hope you understand that.
