9. If someone leaves in the middle of a game or gets D/C, they must report it as a loss unless the staying oponent gives them an oppotunity to re-play the game.

Diamond i think you might have read the rules wrong. Yes you can re-play the game but that's if your opponent decides to give you a chance, its not your choice. That game lasted 5 mins so if you d/c'ed during the game then it's a loss for you.
