Appreciating your commitment, I would love to add one thing to this.
It seems like ..Loser Not Reporting is a big problem here. Honest players are very handful. So I have a suggestion for that.

You can place another tab --> Report Win ,
If loser didn't report
Winner can select the name of the opponent and submit.
Loser gets a pop up when he log in to this website. ( Where he can't avoid the pop-up without approving the winners request or cancel the request by replying with his comments).
So, If loser cancel it by telling something..Then winner should get a message that his opponent declined his request.
Then winner can report it to you with evidence(What these guys are doing at the moment).
