The center is surrounded by borders and is Blintz directly on the centre.
The map is finally for 8 players.
At the beginning you have 2000 plastic and 800 electricity. There's enough plastic and electricity all around.
There's more to the center, of course.

Doesn't seem like it. He's neutral in the pic, and if there's 8 teams then he has no where to go, unless a player owns him.
Beside that, I can't wait to see the map, it looks cool and I see you've gotten excellent at inserting props into your map! How extensive will the fort in the middle be?
I may not make the best maps, or be the best player, but I put a lot of time, effort, and care into my stuff. That counts for something, right? No. "Can we order a pizza?"
