Since there's no link or video to go from, I'm kind of lost on this one. However the map name (originally tagged as an {Ars} clan map) and loading screen seem to confirm this one, so I think this is the correct map.

I've seen these race maps tried before, and they don't really work out. This one is no exception. Your Bulldozer moves very fast, and some spawn in better starting locations than others. The only way to block ones path is to build, which given how quickly your bulldozer moves, and how close you start, isn't worth the attempt. The only strategy I could see being employed in this map is to manually guide your bulldozer in the most optimal route by using CTRL + click. Doesn't work with computers.

I may not make the best maps, or be the best player, but I put a lot of time, effort, and care into my stuff. That counts for something, right? No.
