hello... Old school player during the GameSpy Arcade days back in early 2000s

Since gamespy arcade and game ranger are no longer available anymore what client do people use now a days to find a game ?

GameRanger is still around as far as I can see, with people playing in lobbies even now. Whether they play for fun or not is up for debate though...
As for other clients, most people either use Hamachi to connect directly with each other, or just forward a port on their router to play. Although both these methods require direct communication between players. GameRanger AFAIK is still the only service that has any sort of lobbying system for this game.
