How do i make a NEW map.

Hi, i am new at this Forum's

,but i alredy know that i need to use a Hex Editor.

i wanna know how i can mak textures add resources the placs how i do the loctions ? and if i canT do a backspace, etc...

how i can add units, resources, etc..

u cant make new maps sorry
u can only mod existing maps

u have to test the game a lot to get the right placement for something

u can make new maps like the W W map terrertory wars is not and old map but modified they just created a new world called sprawl
