HELP...hex editors

for some reason, all my hex editors dont want to work on rts files anymore and ive uninstalled rts and reinstalled but its the same thing. i have the following hex editors:

hex editor neo
hex editor X132 (or somethin like that.(i have the one methuselah has))
hex workshop
hexed30
hex edit
HxD


, and they all do not make any changes to the game even though i change stuff. ex: lets say a tree is at (200.000000, -23.000000, 608.000000) and i want to change it, so i open the hex editor, open the map file, then change it to (100.000000, -23.000000, 608.000000),then save it, then i go into the game but the tree is still at 200 on x coordinate, even though it says 100 in the hex. i need help, this has officially put my map making to a halt

Only thing I can say is uninstall your hex editors, download a registry cleaner, (theres plenty of free ones) clean your registry, re-install your hex editors, and try it.

An official rts helper like myself cant answer questions as advanced like wat u are asking here....
plz have some open mind and think about the IQ of the helpers available in this forum...

Myself have IQ 1.01
and the other smart help i.e, wesley has IQ 0.0 .
Plz think abt it before posting another question like this
