Graphics Card error

I'm getting the graphics card not compatible for DIRECTX 8.0 error as well. My current setup is as follows:

Window 7 Professional 64-bit
ATI Radeon 5570
DirectX 11

Things I've tried ...
- installed the latest video card drivers
- cleaned the registry ... twice
- attempted to run in every comparability mode I can find
- attempted to run under Administrator mode

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you post an exact screen shot of the error message. That usually sounds like the graphics card driver is not installed. Double check you have the correct driver installed.
