supported DirectX 8.0 compatible graphics card was not found

i keep geting this pooping up when i try tom play teh game it ndoes load or anything it just brings a menu up with this.
A supported DirectX 8.0 compatible graphics card was not found.

is there a patch or anything that any one can do to help my grapghic card is up to date my specs are:
windows 7 64 bit
ASUS ATI Radeon 5570 HD 1gb grapghic card
7GB RAM
Intel core i3 cpu 3.20 ghz
DirectX11

please help it was my favourite PS2 game and i want to play it again and play it online hopefully if i can get it working

it means u need to put DirectX 8.0 or 9.0

tried installing them dont work still so still need help
