I reinstalled Army Men RTS with your cracked version and still get the lag, so we know it's not the install. And again, this is the ONLY game that ever lags like this or at all.

Thats odd,
Did you try updating your graphic card driver?
Search for the latest driver for your card at
www.nvidia.com

Pretty sure they're up to date but, I just installed the latest ones. I'll test it in a few.

I uninstalled all the old drivers, reinstalled the graphics card completely, then reinstalled the drivers. Seems to work fine now, played 2 full games no lag. Only lags during the menu screens which is tolerable. Thank you for your help guys :).

Nope, I haven't overclocked anything on that system.
