do i need unreal 3 to play this because i got Renegade
and i download Renegade x and it say you need unreal 3

You need to install unreal tournament 3 and patch to latest in order to play...
If you can wait longer it will be free no need Unreal tournament.

If you can't wait, there is simply another way, but it is piracy...

Renegade-X is porting UT3 to UDK.

What is UDK?
