vmware with XP giving error on launch

when i try to launch the game, it gives the error:

started using vmware at school today. its weird. u can make windows xp, have windows 7. its hard to explain clearly, and u can also have a mac, and it'll display a windows 7 screen and everything with windows 7....programs and all. its cool. but back to your question. i have no clue. i guess just dont use vmware when playing rts. just play it on your regular operating system (win 2000, xp, vista, 7) dont use the vmware operating systems.
