those are spam bots that register them selves from other websites (that get spam bots programs).

Won't work, they will just keep coming many different sites. How I know? I was playing an old browser online game which had forums in it, Russian version and English. Both moderators kept deleting those accounts that try to sell shity stuff but new fake users kept registering and spaming non stop. They are BOTS, not humans.
