ATTENTION : Before you begin your download please be sure that your PC is able to play Unreal Tournament 3 minimum requirement.
For minimum please have
Pentium 4 3.0Ghz
2Gb Ram
Ati X800 series
or 8800Gt Nvidia
Because UDK require much more stuff then UT3
UDK is free to play and download engine. So army men 3 is free to play!

No you don't UT3 you need to pay-to-play
UDK is free-to-play and there are using the same engine.
UDK and UT3 is a totally different thing although it has the same engine and function.
UDK = Unreal Development Kit - That use to make a game out of it for free.
UT3 = Unreal Tournament 3 - Its a game for Unreal Engine.
So what are you waiting for? Download the Game as well the patch!
As i said above, Army Men 3 is free to play! That means no need to pay-to-play
so its free-to-play, even you don't have UT3 you can play.
After download just install it.
