No, paying is not a requirement for CW league. Creating a website for it is by far the easiest part. The hardest one which I'm sure that it won't happen (100%) is PARTICIPATION. Impossible. :) + There will be many cheaters.

the tthing is tho all pros will keep challenging noobs for easy points ;/ - so i think they noobier they are the less points you get for winning ?
