yes the rating system sniper mentioned is what the elo system is if you want to look it up
its extremely complicated and you can look it up if you want but i made a program for it already

These are matters that can be discussed privately. You don't want the cheaters themselves reading this and figuring out the systems weaknesses. I do have some stuff in mind though.
