Fraps Trouble...

When ever I try to use fraps it reboots my computer leaving me the black screen of death. When I change my sound to the default sound it works fine (Modem #1)
But.... When I try to use Creative Sound Blaster Live! Value.... All fails on me. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
I just want to use my mic on videos....

i recommend reinstalling fraps, i had a simliar problem when i got a better fraps than snipers lol, i just reinstalled it, you might also need to reinstall sound blaster thing

Yea, try reinstalling. Also, make sure you have the latest Sound Blaster driver for max compatibility. Btw, my Fraps works fine.
