Another little mod idea

so for those modders out there. dont forget my aquatic vehicle idea that i had posted along time ago. dunno if its possible. but give it a shot. it be cool to have for u guys.

the problem i got was that you have to set a traction type so that the wharf can actually be placed in the water, and I don't know all the names of the traction types because they're not the same from dr2
