Out of the 3, I've only played AMRTS, but I've played Starcraft, so I've gotten a pretty powerful taste of Blizzard, and I play RA2...A LOT, so I've gotten some Westwood in me. Unfortunately, EA made C&C3 AFTER they liquidated WW. So, I'd have to say Warcraft. I don't care how good C&C3 is, any game made solely by EA sucks. They only make money by taking have the credit for the work they didn't do. VALVe just needed advertisers. Those who are employed in EA are desperate, and have no choice, and/or they have no idea of the evil they've just entered. So, that's my vote. Anyone else?

between the aforementioned games I prefer Army Men RTS
