I absolutely love the idea! TFC was my favorite game when it was alive. It would be great if the models were animated though, but it's understandable since animating is easier said than done.
edit: Okay, for some reason the game crashes when I try running the map with an error that has something to do with the depot

I don't think this is the original filename, but this does seem to be the map shown in the OP.
Team Fortress
As stated above, it does not work with computer players.
