Tommy made the tens AI, which uses Sarge and other heroes.

One thing that would be good, is the option to give AI plastic/electricity and request it for plastic/electricity.

Bonus: Also ask how much resources it has and it replies with the amount of plastic and electricity.

You cannot trade with a computer player because the game does not interpret them as actual players. The game has different protocol when dealing with computer players which would be found in the source code itself, something that cannot be modded.

Also you can't issue commands to the AI, even something simple as call and response, because the ingame chatbox actually already uses a command prompt to text, which is:
  • multiplayer.cmd.
And this prevents you from using the ingame chat as a console. Removing this causes the game to forcibly crash with the infamous bananas error.

Yeah, it's a shame really, since it would be a good mod, plus allow AI players to trade with each other, when low.
