Freelock freeze 5 seconds and new map which is immortal

Problem
Freelock camera does not work
so I can't move to the sides when editing the field.
camera control-F control Freelock and since I have Windows of 10 so when you press the (F) me for 5 seconds the cursor freezes. It's in the editor and playing an Rts where freelock used.
I switch to Windows 8.1 and I'll try to do the last map which can be said to be immortal. This is similar to a lot of Windows 10 XD
the map will have some updates and improvements.
The map will consist of a field of snow Sigma or the Snowy terrain. The new map will offer each time you update a few luxurious things that will have an unlimited number of units.

Juggernaut Frenzy ended in editing ... failed modification ... it's hard.
I don't know how the map will look like and what I will choose the width
