I'm sorry Diamond but the sole purpose of these forums are for pictures of proof, evidence, etc.
We always need proof, not just your word for it. I suggest you download a program to take screenshots. I recommend screenhunter.

There is plenty of screen shot programs out there that you can get for free. Just look around and use one that you like best.
