Leo need block and ban

I beat this noob after he lose he say im not reporting because he think i got feed from skario. he say in spanish to skario say yes that he feed me but skario say he didnt feed me.. he just try lie in cw.
My think like this players or clans must be removed from amrtscw because they are like virus. making 10,20 clans and making manipulation.
So admins my think remove players like this players and clans so it will be fresh in cw and not many people can then post here about autoreport then also have admins time for other things
