Ehhh.... opening ports seems to tedious for me.

Is it just for the people who are f--ked over by routers or does this apply to all...

If you use GameRanger, you don't have to open any ports. I've described it in the main AMRTS forum here.

i dont think you can host without opening ports in any software except hamachi.

Trust me, I created GameRanger, you can. :) GameRanger deals with ports even better than Hamachi, but without the security risk.

the thing is, people with older computers cant use game ranger OR hamachi at all.

so people like that need to use Game spy. plus, people on Game ranger (im guessing from other peoples opinion) suck big balls on army men rts.

and allso the same woth hamachi, except there are some good players on hamachi
