Instant Action Mod: Play offline with computer players

how do you use this mod somebody please help me figure out how to install and use!!

When you click on the link to download, it will give you an 7zip executable. When you run the program you should get a prompt that looks like this.

First click on the button labeled '...' and navigate to your game's main directory. By default, this is:

C:\Program Files\3DO\Army Men RTS

For the steam version, this is:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Army Men RTS

If you are unsure where your game's directory is, you can right click on the game's shortcut and then click 'Open file location' to be taken to the game's .exe file.

Once you've chosen the game's directory, simply click on 'Extract' and the mod will be installed to your game.

I have do like you said but it doesn't work, i use steam, please help me

Which step are you having trouble with? If you are using the steam version, the directory you want to extract to is
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Army Men RTS
Unless Steam is installed to a different location. In which case your directory would be something like
...\<Steam directory>\steamapps\common\Army Men RTS

Excellent mod to play alone, it is interesting to face various enemies with powerful AIs.
