Finally, after some years in development hell, this ruleset from Dark Reign 2 is finally complete and ready for play by all. It features two maps from the vanilla Dark Reign 2 game, as well as a custom map created specifically for Army Men RTS using the ruleset.

Extract to your Army Men RTS root directory.

The rules of the game are fairly simple. You spawn with a special unit called a 'Dezigner'. In order to win, you must move this Dezigner to the portal that is located in the center of the map. However, there will be a heavily fortified base guarding the portal. You will need to build up an army, and assault the enemy base in order to break your Deizgner through. Of course, you'll need to be wary of other players while doing so!

Attic Assault!
====================

Four player map. This is an entirely new map created from scratch using the vanilla attic world. You will be assaulting a tan base in order to reach the portal. While plastic towers are not as powerful defensively, you will still need to deal with roaming units, mines, and even airstrikes before reaching the portal! Each player starts with a modest dog bowl and battery to start with, but there is plenty of plastic along the thin paths that connect bases. These paths also have a garden lamp for vehicle armies.

Four player map. Players start in the four corners of the map. There are addition regenerating taelon supplies between bases, but they are small, so resources will be tighter for long games. The enemy base on the hill is composed of Sprawlers. They have very strong turrets, and are also capable of placing powerful mines.

a4seadevil
====================

Four player map. It is a modified version of 4seadevil, that supports the new ruleset. Like 4seadevil, you get some taelon at home, as well as two larger pools located on your starting islands. However, the rest of the taelon is gone to make way for the Sprawler base which will be guarding the hill. The waterways also have new pathways that allow infantry and vehicle units to traverse across to different islands. Therefor, there is no need for custom units this time around. The Sprawler base, while heavy, contains four 'Atomic Generators' which, when destroyed, can heavily cripple or outright disable the gun posts...

I may not make the best maps, or be the best player, but I put a lot of time, effort, and care into my stuff. That counts for something, right? No.
