HOW TO PLAY WITHOUT HAMACHI OR GAMERANGER

Hello my name is X-Ray I've been playing since 2004 or so and I have finally found a way to play multiplayer on PC with other people WITHOUT HAMACHI OR GAMERANGER. It is MILES better than both of them and there are no ads!! A buddy of mine have been testing out older games like splinter cell and Army Men RTS with a program called Radmin VPN. Radmin VPN is similar to hamachi, except it actually works and isn't a complete piece of ****. TESTED AND WORKING IN SEPTEMBER 2020. Anyone want to play?? :)
The way you get it to work is to create a private network (password or not) and have your friends join your network, then, decide who is going to host and create a lobby in game on steam. Once the lobby is made, have other players search for the game and the lobby will pop up as long as you are in the private network through Radmin VPN.
