Well, It took me some time measure how long it took shots to hit the enemy at equivalent distances, so then I realized that by activating punch line, it makes slow shooters - such as bazooka men - shoot 2x times faster.

Late reply, but this cheat actually gives you more resources when dumps collect the resources; double the usual amount.
