upload the image to a image hosting site and place the direct link in between [img]and%20a[/img] tag.

when in a game, press a botton called "Print Screen" or "prt sc"
then go to "Paint" under Asccessories and press Ctrl + V
then go to imageshack.us and pick ur Picture, then copy the Direct Link
then go here and when ur Posting somthing, Click on "Img" and Paste ur Link there
if u do all that correctly, u should get ur picture here

thx i already know how to take a screenshot in game..i will upload my pics to imageshack then.. thx for ur help
