actualy, Wesley is right. "no leaving base" is ment towards dont bring dozer or Dumptruck outside of ur base, and make crap. bringing naders, snipers, or mortars outside to bomb u from top is not cheeting. its a type of stratigy. cuz u can waste ur units if u dont play it right.
and btw, alot of poeple do it lol, or at least used to do it
