Cleaned Forums

I fixed some issues within the database of the forums and deleted all users with no posts.
Seemed there was a lot of inactive users with 0 posts and never visited so those got deleted. If your account was deleted, that means you weren't using it. Feel free to make a new one. Any account that doesn't posts at least once, or at least visit the forums will be deleted within 90 days.
