About the studio editor

I's not professional with all the editing & programing thing like sniper and archer and sphynx , but isn't the studio editor in base.x?
I was looking for half an hour and i found this
Add("Filter::Studio::Hidden");
It says studio and hidden so it must be the studio editor,
