How to get the missions button

Go to shell.x in a hex editor and search for buildtype.
On both buildtypes change the != after buildtype to ==.
It's that easy.
But then when u click on the studio it doesn't work.

It doesn't work for me in windows 7.
I went to hex editor in shell.x
looked up for buildtype and found the !=
I changed both of the != to == and still doesn't work
