me and aleminio just had a small conversation over msn, so here what i figured out from him:
There's a really minor chance for clanwars.cc to open a free league for amRTS
community since the community is just too small, and opening a private league
probably costs money because that's the way it was on clanwars.cc a couple of years ago.

First of conversation he said it's useless building a new clanwars because people just don't cw and he tried it a few times.

Another reason he stopped working on his old cw is because
he did find many cheaters but he didn't have any other Admin to help him and he just thought it doesn't even worth dealing with it, if they cheat, they don't deserve a cw.

I told him that people didn't play the cw because it was easy to cheat.
he responded that it was really hard to cheat because first of all he had to approve all the players and clans before they could actually report, as addition to many other tools which alert him about a chance for double account\fake report or any other cheat.
He also had many other weapons to implement in order to catch cheaters, but he stopped working on it for the reasons i mentioned above.

We agreed on a deal me and Alex, he can build us a good pretty and advanced system, but it's up to us. First of all he thinks that GR is a bad gaming and cwing system therefore if we want a chance of having an active CW again, we need
to move back to GS. If we do that and there will be around 30+ players online on GS, he can start working.
I thought it's difficult but he told me to be more assertive, to start telling my freinds on GR and post on exf to go back to gs, he mentioned a good way too, which is opening a room on GR and title is "we moved back to gs" ...PLZ TAKE IT SERIOUSLY !
