its i cannot upload it to the avatars help plz
The submitted avatar is 720 pixels wide and 593 pixels high. Avatars must be at least 20 pixels wide and 20 pixels high, but no larger than 100 pixels wide and 100 pixels high.

You can't upload an avatar that's over 100px in height or width.
