In an social circle, and average person in it would have about 33% of the circle recognized as a friendly, and all others as unknown, somewhat acquainted, or foe. So, that's about 16 people. A session of oral sex lasts up to about 10 minutes, meaning he has 160ish minutes available to him. Almost 3 hours.
