simple question, any one can tell me?

adding custom skins for hqs
hmmm..
first of all the only picture format is .tga
u can make tga with GIMP, http://www.gimp.org/, Adobe Photoshop, or Paint Shop Pro
gimp is the free one
the picture has to be 128x128 pixels and save it as army_hq_main.tga
after u made the tga all u need to do is put the .tga picture in a folder called base that u should make in the same folder as base.x most likely in C:/Program Files/3DO/Army Men RTS

man only make a folder name: base make your images 128x128 and convert to .tga use this link for convert to .tga http://image.online-convert.com/convert-to-tga next the picture change name to army_hq_main and put to the folder base and put that folder in your Amrts Folder..... so now you HAVE NEW HQ
