Since there's no link or video to go from, I'm kind of lost on this one. However the map name (originally tagged as an {Ars} clan map) and loading screen seem to confirm this one, so I think this is the correct map.
[AnTs]Bridge
It's a pretty unique Doubles mod. All units cost electricity now, so vehicles are much cheaper as a result. There's more electricity in your base than there is in the skirts of the map. There are no blobs either, so this map has a very strange economy. The places where there was originally a 9-volt are actually connected to one half of the map: the bottom and right spaces are tied to the south, and the top and left spaces are tied to the north. Both north and south are connected only by a thin chokepoint bridge in the middle. Also Guard Towers have been buffed to be stronger defense tools. Not a bad map in my opinion, worth checking out. It even fixes the exploit of grenadiers throwing grenades down into a base from above.

I may not make the best maps, or be the best player, but I put a lot of time, effort, and care into my stuff. That counts for something, right? No.
