Since there's no link or video to go from, I'm kind of lost on this one. However the map name (originally tagged as an {Ars} clan map) and loading screen seem to confirm this one, so I think this is the correct map. With that being said, I think this is the worst map I've ever played. It tries to go for the close combat theme like Cut Throat, but bases are placed far too close together. You'll more than likely start with your Sarge shooting another, or someone's bulldozer. If you don't lose your Sarge immediately, you'll find no space to build any buildings with everyone making HQ's. Trying to build anything past a barracks is almost impossible since there is very little space to make anything outside the center, due to trees placed ever so slightly space to prevent it. And being in the center is just simply a death wish...
I couldn't bring myself to play this map for more than 2 minutes, but here it is if you want to take a look...
