Doing ruleset isnt easy, but you could try editing sarge.x koth.x or protect.x in the ruleset folder with a Hex editor, I used hex workshop to edit maps, but i never edited rulesets. Good luck homie

Mmm i think that there isn t a unit limit hack because it will cause the game to crash and it involves game editing but search the trainers for AMRTS section, there is a post about the unit limit that maybe can help you.
